Definitions

Member: Any person successfully entering their registration details on the Speedbox.tv website.
Speedbox: Speedbox Limited, an incorporated company in New Zealand having its registered office at 189 Collingwood Street, Hamilton.
Speedbox.tv: A website owned, operated and maintained by Speedbox Limited.
Website: The website available through www.Speedbox.tv.
Member emails: means an email sent by Speedbox to a member providing information of content or news relating to the website.
We/Us/Our: means Speedbox Limited and our agents.

This Agreement, together with the site's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speedbox. Speedbox may, from time to time, offer you the opportunity to use other associated services such as streaming services or message boards on the Web site. By utilising any such service, you agree to any and all special terms set forth in connection with that service, as well as the terms in this Agreement.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by any third party. 5. Restrictions for use of Services and Products

You are allowed to watch from different places, using a single registration, provided you do not do so concurrently. If you close one video window and then login from another place and open another video window, you can watch the event. If you attempt to watch from 2 or more connections concurrently, you will be logged off from the initial place. Any attempts to share the same username and password among multiple users breaches the license agreement you hold with us and violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the requirements set forth in other sections of this Agreement, you agree not to access and/or use the Web site for any purpose not expressly authorized by the Agreement and/or to transmit, post, or distribute to the Web site content that:
(a) constitutes an advertisement or solicitation of business of any kind, including but not limited to spam, chain letters, and pyramid schemes;
(b) contains or constitutes software, computer programs, or routines of any kind, including but not limited to viruses, bots, worms, and spiders;

This Site as a whole is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.

b. Intellectual property - The data and information contained within the website and any of our products/services, trademarks, logos, designs and other intellectual property used in conjunction with our products and services are the property of Speedbox. No licence of any such intellectual property rights is granted to you as a result of your custom or use of our products/services.

Trademarks and service marks owned by Speedbox include but are not limited to: "Speedbox.tv" and Speedbox.tv logos and designs; "Speedbox" and Speedbox logos and designs,"Speedbox.tv" and "Motorsport Online".

We welcome all approaches and partnerships in placing links and having our links placed. We reserve the right to take all such approaches on a case-by-case basis but will endeavour to provide mutual benefit in all possible arrangements.
